Peyton Manning Wins 2015 Bart Starr Award

Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning has been chosen by his National Football League (NFL) peers to receive one of the sport’s most meaningful honors, The Bart Starr Award, given annually to a player who exemplifies character and leadership on and off the field. Manning will receive the Bart Starr Award in person at what is widely considered one of Super Bowl weekend’s premier events, the Athletes in Action Super Bowl Breakfast. (more…)

2015 Grant Application Now Available

The 2015 PeyBack Foundation Grant Application is now available.  The PeyBack Foundation focuses primarily on funding organizations that support economically disadvantaged youth.  Emphasis is placed on programs that have a direct benefit to children through relationships and activities.  Programs that are intended to enrich the lives of disadvantaged youth through activities conducted outside the typical school day (i.e., after-school and summer programming) are particularly favored by the Foundation.

Details regarding our fields of interest (i.e., leadership and life skills, mentoring, after school/summer programming, and healthy living), grant guidelines, and answers to frequently asked questions can be found in the Grants portion of our website.

The deadline to receive 2015 PeyBack Foundation Grant Applications is February, 10, 2015.

Peyton Manning, No. 1 on the NOLA.com | The Times-Picayune list of Louisiana’s 51 greatest all-time athletes, is 38 years old. But it seems the former Isidore Newman and University of Tennessee star quarterback and Pro Football Hall of Famer-in-waiting, has had his current wisdom, focus and drive from the time he could grip a rattle like a football.
