Peyton Manning’s PeyBack Foundation Awards More Than
$1 Million In Grants To Youth-Based Community Agencies

DENVER, CO – The PeyBack Foundation announced its annual distribution of funds serving 60 community agencies in Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana, and Indiana. For the third time in four years, funds totaling more than $1 million have been distributed to organizations whose programs serve youth and at risk children and families.

“The mission and work of the PeyBack Foundation is something we are very passionate about and to be able to continue our growth through increased giving is very rewarding. We are fortunate to be able to provide a donation total of more than $1 million to youth based community organizations. With this donation, we have supported more than 1000 youth organizations throughout the years in Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana and Indiana.” said Peyton Manning, PeyBack Foundation President.

33 youth related organizations throughout Colorado received $490,000, 12 Tennessee organizations received $250,000, and 11 Louisiana organizations received $229,000.

In addition, the PeyBack Foundation has continued its Ticket Incentive Program providing disadvantaged children the opportunity to attend Denver Broncos and Indianapolis Colts home games throughout the season, Thanksgiving meals that fed nearly 20,000 in 2016, and holiday parties for 600 youth that include Papa John’s pizza, a Scholastic book, and gift, in Colorado and Indiana.

The PeyBack Foundation, a public non-profit corporation, was established by Peyton Manning in 1999 to promote the future success of disadvantaged youth by assisting programs that provide leadership and growth opportunities for children at risk. The PeyBack Foundation has provided more than $13 million of impact to at risk youth through its grants and programs since its inception.

The PeyBack Foundation vigorously researches and assesses non-profit agencies and organizations actively advancing the welfare of disadvantaged children in Colorado, Tennessee, Louisiana and Indiana. All organizations who meet PeyBack Foundation’s parameters for financial assistance are given careful consideration. Grants are awarded based on the unique merits of the individual agency, its goal, mission and programs.
