Auction Item Requests
**PLEASE NOTE: We would like to provide an item to every event or organization, but we recieve far more requests for worthwhile endeavors than our limited resources permit. Due to the large volume of requests we receive, we will review all auction item requests one month prior to the date of the event for which an item is being requested. A response will be sent either via letter or email regarding the status of all requests received, again, approximately one month prior to the date of the event. We appreciate your patience. **
We are only able to consider auction item requests from non-profit 501c3 organizations. Special consideration will be given to organizations in Indiana, Tennessee, Louisiana and Colorado. All requests must be sent in writing on the requesting organization’s letterhead to the PeyBack Foundation. Please do not send any items to be signed. Request letter should include the name of the event for which you are requesting an item, a brief description of the event, what money raised will go to, and also the date of the event and/or date by which autographed item must be received. Any other collateral pieces related to the requesting organization or specific event, such as a flyer or event invitation would be appreciated. In order to be considered, we also ask that you submit your request at least eight weeks prior to your event.
